# Rights, Attribution, and Third-Party Material Notice

## Site licence

Unless a file states otherwise, original textual documentation, original project data structures, and original diagrams created for the Archivo 21 website are made available under the **Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence (CC BY-SA 4.0)**, to the extent that the contributors hold the rights necessary to grant that licence.

## Third-party and project-source material

This licence does not apply to rights Archivo 21 does not own. Material copied into `reference/` retains the status stated in its source file. A source record, citation, link, archive inventory, or migrated snapshot does not relicense the source it describes.

In particular, this repository does not claim rights in *Aquí no hay quien viva*, *The Sims 2*, their characters, footage, software, game assets, music, logos, trade marks, or other third-party material.

The official provisional Archivo 21 emblem is a project-branding composite
supplied by the user. The opaque source master is retained unchanged, and the
site uses a transparent-background derivative made without altering its
visible foreground. Any third-party game imagery, names, logos or trade marks
visible within either file remain outside the site licence. Their file-level
provenance and integrity hashes are recorded in
[`assets/images/README.md`](assets/images/README.md).

The hidden `/www/` page is a period-web homage built with original Archivo 21
character artwork, original linked-object graphics and browser-generated sound.
It does not include copied television frames, characters, audio or GIF assets.

[`assets/images/README.md`](assets/images/README.md).

## Independent project status

Archivo 21 and ANHQV-TS2 are independent, non-official fan preservation and research projects. No affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement is claimed from relevant rights holders.

## Attribution

Where Git history or a file identifies a contributor, preserve that attribution. Founding provenance is summarised at [`/provenance/`](https://archivo21.org/provenance/) and documented in [`reference/archivo21/Attribution.md`](reference/archivo21/Attribution.md).
